Founder and Developer

Scott Simon is the founder of Winterpark Builders LLC and the developer of Northern Lights-Sheboygan. With extensive experience in real estate and construction, Scott has overseen housing developments, commercial ventures, and mixed-use projects, managing portfolios valued up to $1 billion. Under his leadership, WinterPark Builders LLC excels in strategic land acquisition, innovative building design, construction management, and effective marketing and sales.

Peyton Group designed and developed this elegant office building in the heart of Brookfield, directly off Bluemound Road. This total brick structure is designed as prime office space. Each floor is owned and occupied by a separate business, with approximately 10,000 square feet of usable space. This office complex is complete with an elevator, a grand entrance, a parking area, and extensive landscaping.
